  I purchased the first 2 levels (approx $800) from Centerpoint, and have not used them correctly (sitting up, meditating for the full 60 minutes) I have used them for the past few years just before I go to bed. I can’t say what they would have done if I had used them they way the cd’s are “prescribed”, but I can definitely say it does a great job of helping me to relax and go to sleep quickly. I put on headphones while lying in my bed and it always knocks me out!
  If you have trouble sleeping they’re the best. It knocks my son out too when he can’t get to sleep.

  I am already using the awakening prolpgue of holosync. It is capable of so much more than even you suspect. I am recovering from a major heart attack and am using this program to eleviate anziety and fears for current and future procedures and surgeries. It really is only in the perception.
