  Your message was a great reminder to me that I needed to keep going in my meditation goals. I actually ordered the Holosync audio package maybe a year/year and a half ago. I started out using it every night before bed for some time(4 or 5 mo., maybe longer). I had great success with it and loved it, but for some reason, I dropped off the bandwagon and now it is only used as more of a sleep aid when traveling. I feel this was just another reminder from the universe that I need to make time for meditation daily or at least more consistently.

  I’ve been using Holosync every night for 6 years. I am at a higher level in the program now. The thing I find the most helpful is not too much is a big deal now. Since I’ve been using it I’ve been through and lost much to a natural disaster, experienced the death of two loved ones and faced financial challenges. Somehow I am able to move through it peacefully and gently for the most part. I do have my bad days but within no time I get my positive perspective back. I don’t know if I’d be here right now had I not had the Holosync.
